Description

Our client, a fast-paced, collaborative consumer goods company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a hybrid position, with three days per week onsite and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data to develop cutting-edge full-cycle recruitment strategies
  • Interface with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to provide a positive experience
  • Understand all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring
  • Build and develop the recruiting team
  • Track data and keep systems updated with relevant information
  • Other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 8+ years recruiting experience including agency, manufacturing, and/or corporate experience
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong technology and social media user
  • Passionate about recruiting, collaborative work environment, and positive culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to utilize ATS and HRIS systems
