About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to join their team and lead full-cycle hiring efforts across key technical and operational disciplines. This position focuses on quality over quantity — deep sourcing, relationship building, and targeted outreach will be central to your success.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Production, and Procurement, helping the organization attract and hire exceptional talent. A sharp sense of humor, strong communication skills, and the ability to pivot seamlessly in a dynamic environment are musts.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from intake to offer — across multiple departments.

Source, screen, and engage top talent through creative and strategic outreach methods.

Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate candidate data and notes within the ATS (Paycom experience preferred).

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Proven success filling roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Production, and Procurement.

ATS experience required (Paycom preferred, but not required).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — with a good sense of humor to match.
