Description
Our client, a leading food preparation company, has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide employee relations support
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
- Provide support required to administer and execute human resource programs as necessary
- Maintain employee records and file management
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Time-off management
- Support communications strategies and success metrics
- Function as back up to Payroll when necessary to cover for vacation and/or illness
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
- Two to five years experience in human resource management
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and various other HR software programs
- High aptitude with working with numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer focused attitude
- A quick starter who can grasp new systems and technology applications
- Must have superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all members across the organization
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and trust
