Description

Our client, a mission-driven, community organization, is hiring a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to assist with onboarding and to support recruiting by reviewing resumes and scheduling phone screens. Must be able to work onsite in Watertown, MA. Free onsite parking is available.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Human Resources by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling phone screens
  • Assist with the new hire process by creating a positive experience for new hires
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in Human Resources
  • Able to manage tasks with independence, professionalism, and discretion
  • Hours of Work:
    8:30 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
