Description
Our client, a producer of natural and organic food and beverage items, has an immediate opening for an HR Payroll/Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of employee benefits
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll
- Provide administrative support to HR as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR Payroll/Benefits experience required
- Associates or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be exceptionally detail-oriented and enjoy communicating & working with others in a collaborative environment
- Must have a strong understanding of HR processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations as they relate to human resources (CA experience a big plus)
- Must possess technical ability to effectively utilize Human Resources Information System including running various tasks to complete accurate scheduled payroll and reporting, updating benefit plan information, and monitoring accuracy
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Ability to work in a startup company to develop your own job structure and processes
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office
