Description
Our client, a highly respected hospital system, has an immediate need for a Healthcare Sourcing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish and manage talent pipelines for difficult to fill positions, high turnover roles and future hiring needs including building expansions and diversity initiatives
- Find and engage both active and passive candidates through the use of Boolean Search Strategy, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing techniques including social media outreach, professional association networking, employee referrals, career events, etc
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that will help improve time to fill
- Review resumes for credentials for appropriateness of skill, experience, and knowledge of position requirements
- May assist recruiters in conducting initial phone screenings of candidates with eye toward meeting minimum requirements, and assessing interest/affordability
- Participate and planning both on and offsite Career Fair events
- Collaborate with ad agencies and Corporate Marketing to create social media content specifically on LinkedIn to help engage passive candidates
- Promote client brand online and offline
Requirements:
- One year of Sourcing or HR experience with working knowledge of social media and professional networking platforms
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Boolean logic experience is preferred. AIRS or similar trainings a plus
- CRM experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media channels, and applicant tracking systems for recruiting purposes
