Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Massachusetts

The company is seeking someone to lead the business development activities in Boston and the surrounding areas. You will bring expertise, leadership, and passion to a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Sales Strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Partner closely with clients (healthcare professionals, researchers, and other relevant leaders.
  • Design, implement, and enhance processes, systems, and best practices in alignment with company growth.
  • Support, mentor, and motivate others to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering data-driven recommendations and solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field with a Mater’s in Neuroscience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within life sciences, biotechnology, or a related high-growth sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic goals to operational execution.
  • Background in analyzing market trends and developing effective sales strategy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
