Randi Nichols

Randi Nichols brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience within healthcare systems and international high-growth technology companies.

Most recently she was an HR Consultant for a behavioral health hospital. She was engaged to provide an HR Assessment and operational plan to address culture, morale, and retention. Randi also served as the Head of HR throughout this engagement.

Prior to this, Randi was vice president of human resources and talent management at Baystate Health. She joined the company during a major transformation of the HR function and built a strong talent acquisition, business partner, employee relations and talent management infrastructure. As a certified professional coach, she also led a coaching program within the health system.

Prior to that, Randi was at SimpliVity Corporation as the global vice president of human resources, an international data storage organization that was acquired by HPE.

She was previously chief human resources officer at Masonic Healthcare and The Overlook Life Care Community where she provided leadership and oversight toward change management efforts. Prior to Masonic Health Systems, Randi served for more than 10 years as the chief human resources officer and executive vice president of operations support services at Fallon Clinic/Reliant Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group practice in Central Massachusetts. There, she guided the organization through leadership and structural changes, and led strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient service and promoting staff engagement, learning and development.

Randi spent the previous years in HR leadership positions within diverse companies including Intel Corporation, where she was the Training & Development Manager for Fab 6, the company’s flagship manufacturing facility, PMT Consulting (Process Manufacturing Technology) performing HR duties within wafer fab and assembly test facilities that manufactured semiconductors and other components for the computer industry; and Wildfire Communications, an international voice recognition software company.

Randi holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in human resources management from the Eisenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She is also a Certified Professional Coach serving individuals and organizations in life, business and leadership growth.
