Kathy is the Managing Director of our HR Consulting Practice.  In addition to nearly ten years in staffing within the Medical Device/Life Sciences field, she has equal experience  as a Human Resources consultant focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development.

Ronald J. Parker is a management advisor accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, a not-for-profit research and accreditation organization established in 1984. He has a proven track record of building business value through sales growth, cost containment and human resources development. His goal is to provide guidance and practical advice to small and medium sized businesses.

Leto is an ICF Certified Life Coach, specializing in helping businesses and individuals through professional transitions.  She facilitates many of King & Bishops workshops for job seekers and professionals on topics covering Social Media, Branding, Networking, Interviewing, and more.  Leto teaches job seekers to promote themselves successfully and businesses to market themselves effectively via Social Media and other resources.   

Leto holds a BA in Psychology from Drew University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  She earned her ICF certification through The Coaches Training Institute.  

Mark is a Client Services Director within our Human Resources staffing team and manager of the King & Bishop HR Roundtable, an industry networking group. He has over twenty years of experience within fortune 500 banking, financial services and insurance related global institutions. Prior to King & Bishop, Mark delivered technical staffing services through a large regional software and IT provider.

Mark is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Richard is a Principal Consultant within our Human Resources staffing team.  He has over twenty years human resource leadership within the technology, professional services and construction industries.  Prior to joining King & Bishop, Richard held HR executive positions with Artel Video Systems, EBS Capstone and Environmental Fire Protection.

For close to twenty years, Dan has completed searches for Senior-Level Executives within all types of industries. Dan has worked extensively with Human Resources professionals across the region.  Prior employers in the search business include Korn/Ferry International and Gatti and Associates.  He has also held positions in the Human Resources discipline. 

Justin is a Candidate Relations Specialist within our Human Resources staffing team.  Prior to joining King & Bishop, he held similar candidate development roles for organizations such as Fidelity, Lonza Biologics and Starpoint Solutions.
