Kathy is the Managing Director of our HR Consulting Practice. In addition to nearly ten years in staffing within the Medical Device/Life Sciences field, she has equal experience as a Human Resources consultant focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development.
Kathy has worked as a staffing generalist within biomedical corporations, as well as an Account Executive for the Eliassen Group, a well-respected Boston area placement firm. In addition to placing talent, Kathy uses her consultative style to work closely with hiring managers to resolve their hiring roadblocks. Kathy holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. |
