This workshop offers an introductory look at DISC, an assessment instrument that measures observable behavior and is a practical and effective tool for a variety of human resource applications. Participants are offered the chance to take the DISC and review their individualized report prior to the workshop so that they can directly connect the workshop content to their own individual behavioral style. (Participant results are strictly confidential, and each participant determines how much and what type of DISC feedback to share with the group.) .

The objectives of the workshop are appropriate for HR practitioners, as well as line managers and individual employees who would like to learn more about behavioral styles and its application in the workplace. Workshop content will focus on defining DISC, its uses, and drilling down on the individual factors that make up the instrument. Participants are encouraged to bring their own expectations for what they would like to learn so that learning is enhanced and needs are met!
