Technical Recruiters Our clients have opportunities for junior (at least one year's experience) and seasoned technical recruiters with experience in a corporate and/or agency environment. Solid internet recruiting experience is required, including working knowledge of Spiders, Moles, and news groups. Direct sourcing experience a must. General Recruiters Opportunities currently exist for junior-level to seasoned general recruiters who have experience in manufacturing, financial services, and health care. Solid internet recruiting experience is required as well as direct sourcing. College recruiting experience a plus. Benefits Administrators Our clients have ongoing needs for experienced benefits administrators. Broad-based health and welfare knowledge a must, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must also have excellent oral and written communications skills. Employment Coordinators Looking to break into recruiting? Needs exist for energetic individuals to support recruiters with interview scheduling, reference checking, and reporting. Solid PC skills required.
